We visit your property to understand its condition and suitability.
We then offer a fixed, guaranteed monthly rent.

2. Agreement & Handover
Once terms are agreed, we sign a professional management and guaranteed rent agreement. We become your tenant, and you receive your rent every month, whether the property is occupied or not.
3. Management & Maintenance
We handle communication, compliance, inspections, and day-to-day management.
We take responsibility for routine upkeep and ensure the property is kept in high standard.
4. Guaranteed income & Peace of Mind
